Published studies show no effect on the kidney and liver from oral creatine use (the last one is from 2008):

All sorts of articles regarding the benefits of whey protein can be found on the may clinic site: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/whey-protein/NS_patient-wheyprotein/DSECTION=evidence
I am not trying to be a pain Organic Angel, but I have no idea where your health instructor is getting his/her information.

Jessica Jasmine, there is no manufacturer out there that has a lifetime warranty on poles.
As for PoleDanzer, I do not believe they make poles for home use.

XPole had a rash of issues with chrome on some of the original poles. This does not seem to be an issue any more so it should not happen on your new pieces.
The titanium does not wear off, just the color, and it seems like this problem has been fixed too as I don't see this very often any more either.

Let me clarify. I have been to infinity for several reasons I just have not specifically taken a pole class there. I realize that my previous post looks like the only reason I go is because she has workshops. That was not the intention of my post.

I am currently up in Cleveland and travel down to Columbus a few times a year. Val used to be here on SV but isn't so much any more. You have already heard of the two studios in the area. I have never been to Studio Rouge as they are a newer studio and it never seems like my schedule works with theirs when I am in town. I have been to Infinity quite a few times but mainly because I have gone down for workshops as she is pretty much the closest studio that will draw the "big names". There is also a group called Ohio Peace and Pole on facebook. If you send me your name I can friend you an add you to the group. A lot of the studios try to post on there when there are workshops or events.

While she has abs, Rafaela Montero is shorter and squat and ridiculously muscular. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ASHgo9U6sS8

I don’t want to totally derail this but gummi you really need to do a lot more research about mj.

You search out the closest place to buy the May Penthouse magazine just to see the interview with Alethea.

If you are looking into using it also at the studio you can just buy a shorter extension for the top piece. You won't have the full 8+ feet of pole but it is better than nothing.

It kind of depends on what level you are at. I can pretty much get on any size pole and work with it. I have even done stuff on an outdoor pole that is larger than the standard 50. Hand size will come into play too as smaller poles are harder for me to grip because I have large hands.

I have the NSD. This video has a really good idea of how loud mine is:

I ahve had good luck with this product:
http://www.sallybeauty.com/haircolor-remover-corrector/SBS-500495,default,pd.html?cm_vc=SEARCH
This will not bleach your hair but will remove most of the color. I would follow this with a clarifying treatment and then a reconstructor. If you decide to color again I would add a protein filler into your color and then again after you color to lock it in. I am in no way a hair stylist, just letting you know things that had helped me in the past.
This is a quick summary of teh stages of color your hair goes through when you bleach it:
