Many of the Pleaser and Ellie lines come with no platform. Any of the clear ones are multifunctional. Satin and pole do not mix.

Make sure after you have it up the hex screws are aligned in the grooves of the threaded section. This seems to be the #1 thing that people miss in the directions. Mine has a very slight wobble just because the base part is made to move a little to compensate for uneven floors.

The USPDF routinwe with Alethea is what had prompted my posting this.
Sarah had dropped out of pole for some time and at one point was racing dirt bikes out in LA. She is back in Florida. She was never one to really compete and have to put routines together. I liken her to Shadow who is also bad ass but many have no idea who she is. There are so many greats out there that just don't want to compete but are deserving props for the inspiration they have provided to many. Just think if Veena did not have this site…would you know who she is?

There is a good possibility that you have your pole over tightened. Loosen it a bit from the ceiling and try again. There are a few threads on here where people have had the same problem and this is usually the case.

If I remember correctly itac will send you small samples of their product for free. I have the different levels but I keep them in my bag just for others to use as it is useless for me. I have seen people use it on all metals. The only thing is that it is a bear to get off the pole which is why a lot of studios do not like students using it.

Hairspray removes ballpoint pen from clothing.
Coconut oil is probably the safest and most natural eye makeup remover you can buy.

If you do indeed get leg or foot cramps while out and about do a shot of tonic water. Quinine is a natural remedy for leg cramps and works wonders.
For smelly clothes, treat your washing machine, too. There are all sorts fo hidden places that soaps and lint get trapped and then end up stinking up your laundry. One of the best things you can do is to let your washing machine dry out after you are done by leaving the lid/door open.

All/most of her moves require contortion training.

BV is common with many IUDs because it changes your chemistry. Taking folic acid on a daily basis has kept me free and clear of BV for over a year or more.

I was not sure if boric acid worked for yeast infections, I know it does greatly for BV. Due to my mirena I would get BV about every 4 months and still now maybe once a year. I work in a lab so boric acid is very easy to come by. I just mix up some in warm water and use that as a douche.
Boric acid is not poison. It is commonly used at vets offices and kennels to sprinkle on the dog beds to keep fleas at bay. It is also one of the few natural pest deterrants for your garden. It can also be diluted and used as an eye wash. The LD50 of it is 5-20 g/kg. As a reference, table salt has an LD50 of about 4g/kg. 5g/kg is about 315 g for a 140 lb person, or the equivalent af about 2.5 cups.

Reading this last post made me think of something…men can transfer your yeast infection back to you. I don't believe there are many if any symptoms in men.
I have done yogurt and it was not pretty.
I have done the 1 and 3 day OTC and they never worked. The only thing that did was the 7 day (actually the 1 day made things worse).
Peroxide douche worked the best at tehc beginning of one, not once it is full blown.
One other thing that has not been mentioned and is a very very very old treatment is gentian violet. Most pharmacies will carry it or you can order it. It is still used quite often for thrush, which is a yeast infection of the mouth (and nipples of feeding mothers). The stuff stains to high hell but is probably one of the safest home remedies out there.
