And the Duchess has a picture…I know it as The Charley Jade!!!

The taylor is an outside leg hang but pole is in front of your shoulder instead of behind.

I would imagine that the extreme taylor is either similar to this one, or possibly a half marley

I would not use acetone at all and definitely not nail polish remover. Typically nail polish remover has other ingredients to add oil since acetone is so drying. You really do not want that left on your pole. Also, acetone is really aggressive as a solvent. Maybe if you have really bad build up of grip aid it may help but I would stay away from it. I use isopropyl alcohol and many use windex.

Can you do a pole sit or upright crucifix? For only poling a few months I would not even think of working on something like this.

They may be associated with empowerment through exotic dance's account. There was one girl who performed in a corset. Also there is a Pantera video at pole candy (google it) where she starts off wearing a waist cincher.

MemberFebruary 9, 2011 at 5:45 am in reply to: APFA donation turned away by charitable, called “stripper money”As I stated on Joels FB page…I would really like to know more details and if it was a specific location of the organization. One facility does not make the whole bad, just like if you went to one IHOP and got a lousy meal that does not mean all are bad. I also saw nothing in the Pole Spin article that stated any real facts of the situation.

Sanchara, I know that many of us are following the splits in 6 weeks program which teaches jazz splits, not true splits. Mainly when you are wearing 6" heels it is impossible to get into true splits.

And the wording in the court document reads "no direct tipping".
-
I had to look that up….most of this applies to full nudity clubs. No lap dances, 6 foot rule, 18" platform to dance on, and then as soon as their liquor license expires theya re not renewing them. The clubs are planning on using latex body paint and pasties which will skirt this ordinance. The above rules do not apply to partial nudity bars. There is nothing that states no tipping.
-
I would send a note directly to Webmaster and Veena. As far as I know those are the only 2 people who may be able to do this.
-
There was a big stink here in Ohio also. They did not make it illegal however we now have a 6 foot rule. Funny thing is, a lot of these politicians that pushed it have been caught either having affairs or being addicted to porn and the like.
Usually the people who push this are the ones who need the govenrment to step in to run their lives because they cannot control themsleves or their wallets.
I am not sure of how the strip clubs are run where you are but there are plenty of skeezy places around that do tend to have women with questionable morals, but I would not say this is the majority.
I never was a stripper but I know plenty of women who are/were. It really depends on how strong of a person you are. I know there are lots of temptations when it comes to aldohol, drugs and being a paid girlfriend.

Congrats!! I was really bad and have taken the last 2 weeks off but got back to it last night. Hopefully by March 1 for me!!

I have a lil mynx powder coated and cannot tell you how many times I have ripped skin on it during the summer months.

I have never seen a sports bra with underwire. They are based on compression, not lift. I remember seeing an article I think in one of my Oxygen magazines that rated sprts bras by your endowment…I will try to find that.
As far as cheap sports bras, the Walmart in my are carries some larger sizes (you will not see them online) for under $10.
I found this doing a quick search:

According to the Pleaser site these only come in full sizes. From my experience it is better to go smaller than larger.

No more unstable that on carpeting in your home. As long as you tighten the pole properly it should be a non-issue. Gotta figure at home you have the carpet fibers plus at lkeast 1/2 inch padding. This is no different. If you are concerned then just cut out an opening that the pole fits through, but then you will have the issue of the mats possbily moving around. At least with the pole on top of the mats they will be anchored.
-
I don't see why you could not set the pole on top of it….I think a few here have done that. The foam is going to compress and might even give you a better base than the nasty carpeting.
-
Look up Pantera's videos…she does this move a lot.
About 9 min mark in this vid
-
Also what could be an option would be the foam puzzle piece mats. They break down for easy/compact storage and are easy to set up. I just saw some that are wood grain…cool!!

As far as the rest goes…so what? That really is not much of an age difference and for the most part they are probably all jealous of your youth (and pissed that he did not go after someone "his own age").
As for the not letting it bother you…that will change as you get older.

MemberFebruary 4, 2011 at 12:24 pm in reply to: figure head with (patriotic arms?) then what?Karol goes into hood ornament a lot in her videos. Also, if you look for videos of the death lay typically the poler will climb, figurhead, then shouldermount.
-
No, that is not the same thing. Karol has 2 tutorials on YT

I can't see these at work so I cannot tell which is which. What you are describing I think is a half handspring.
I differentiate between Cartwheel and Handspring by which way your head/chest moves….in the handspring you are kind of going backwards, in cartwheel you are going foreward.

For hood ornament you can get into it from either a side climb or regular climb. You need to be able to hold baseball grip aerially (is that a word?). Or you can get into it from say an inside leg hang and then puling yourself up over the hooked leg.
Not really sure how I get into figurehead…I cannot get into it from a superman as I do not have enough flexibility. I kind of do an underarm spin aerially, pretty much one handed and then once I am in front of the pole I grab with the other hand.
