You will still destroy your ring. While it may not mark your pole it will deform under the pressure. It may also cause premature ripping of the gloves, no matter which you get. Those gloves are designed to give you better grip, not protect jewelry.

Understandable. RK's are being touted as a fat burner so it is not surprising to me that some companies are blending it with other known fat burners.

Ephedrine is still safe when taken properly (and is still legal outside of the US). You have an issue when people start taking mass quantities of it. Not much different than downing a bunch of red bulls.

When it comes to supplements, Swanson, NOW and Source Naturals are probably some of the best manufacturers out there. Swansons Razberi K is only $3.79 for 60 pills of 100 mg and you can generally find discount codes for them. I try to stay away from any of the "fad" manufacturers.

Are your arms bent when you are in your tuck? If they are not then there is no way you can lean back as your arms have no extension.

Call XPole. They have a lot of parts that can be purchased that they do not show online. As far as I know you can replace any part of the pole.

I knew Charley was not going to say anything about this, but she organizes one serious showcase. I have been trying to get out to one for the last few years but I will NOT miss the one in 2013!!
I am also looking forward to attending some of the Head over Heels events in North Carolina.
I enjoy showcases and jams. While comps and big conventions are neat I just think it would be too much for my brain to process, let alone so much going on that I would be bummed if I missed something.
