i really want to get some serious back flexy for 2014 so the cocoon ,standing scorpion and ultimately the rainbow Marchenko is the ultimate goal, maybe that one is a lil ambitious as im nowhere near!! but overall if i get more flexible and flowy in the following year on the pole i will be happy 😉

i love spinny pole but i’ve been poling for the past two years and no way would i have got anything on spin to start with https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif personally i found poling really difficult and learning on static was way easier and got me learning the basics of a move using my core muscles to hold me in place correctly.( and safely https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_safesex.gif
when i got"ok" with getting a lot of the moves i tried on static i went on spin and felt like a total novice which felt disheartning at first and made me feel sick a lot of the time 2! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_puke_r.gif but after a while you get used to it and it makes you strengthen musles a lot more, while giving me a whole new excitment about poling ! spin pole makes me feel like i’m flying and i find it so much more addictive, but i would always try a new move on static get it feelin ok first and then try on spin https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumright.gif
