Miss Julie- I kind of had the same… feeling when I opened the book to the straddle pose, and was like, ".. I already do this and my straddle is.. doody".

But after I curbed my disappointment and started doing full 16 stretch cycles … I discovered I was making some really nice gains in all the other stretches, and then eventually the straddle. While I seemed to resist on my own in a straddle, I didn’t do it in any other stretches, and I suppose my other limits just.. extended to the straddle.

I really enjoy how .. huge of a hippy Mr. Cooley is. I’m usually really turned off by people who turn their specialties into a green crusade, but Mr. Cooley does it in a way that doesn’t seem too oppressive about it. He thinks it will come naturally from the stretching, so he really doesn’t stress about you stepping over to the dark side.

The District of Columbia does not allow dancer-patron contact. The majority of the clubs do not contain poles. DC is where you typically go to see a girl roll around completely and utterly naked (DC does mix nude and alcohol) on the floor while you pound beverages.

I was amazed that this particular DC club had poles, and completely sure that after reading the words "DC" that the strippers did not touch the poles, because they were probably new and probably not the best way to make money in DC.
