Thanks TitianaDS.. I really appreciate your experience with it. 🙂 I would rather keep getting the Grip stuff than go through all of that.

Oh just to add, I hope that you dont mind, Does your contract payout have a standard price? If so, then may I also add that they it could be a decreasing amount payout that would help in recouping customers that want to not have a contract. Kinda like what T-mobile does. The price to payout the contract decreases every month on a phone. Most people just stick with the contract long enough to get the payout amount down to a good amount like $40 so they can get a new service.

Ok not that Im a bad person but Im a contract member. Let me say that from the customer point of view, that depending on how you have the account setup is what matters. My studio that Im paying out of my contract with does it by setting the auto payments with the bank account information. Not a Card. Cards can be cancelled. If my cards does not work, I get 3 notices from the studio to come in and pay something. If not, they can force my account which causes an overdraft for me. However, they are aware of my hardship so they just offer to take whatever I can at that time until the draft goes through and they just adjust how much I owe. I know that does not help much in your situation but most times they just get rid of the account and the customer is not allowed to come to any classes. Not even with the guest card until they are paid out. I would say offer them a smaller payout just so you can discontinue their account without feeling that they took advantage. I only stopped going because I was paying more than I was learning. The gas to drive to that side of town and only get maybe 30mins of spin was killing me in my hardship that Im having right now. Just my thoughts and opinion…

No big suggestions from me since Im still learning different apps. I do use the S Health on my phone for calorie and heart rate. Im not as faithful as I should be logging in to it everyday like I should. MyFitPal is another good app.

I feel you on that.. I need more body strength in all areas but my cousin told me to put on my dance (stripper shoes lol) and try climbing. Now neither one of us are dancers and she doesn’t pole at all. But she said she ask at someone at a club how they can go to the top and they said that shoes help to grip the bottom along with your lower legs.

@Michellepange… what is that 2nd pose called? I have been trying to learn that position for a long time but idk if it’s because my thighs are too thick or I’m too short but I can’t get my leg in front to wrap correctly. 🙂

@WCOX.. where did you get your silicone pole? I almost got a pole sleeve but it’s half the price of a pole. Now that I hear you talk about learning certain moves better on silicone pole, I rather get one than a pole sleeve. 😉

I would like to learn yoga. I have tried a class or 2 before but I couldn’t relax enough to enjoy it because I was constantly trying to watch the instructor to get in each position. I would have to learn each name so I won’t be breaking my neck trying to watch and do it at the same time. Lol.. I definitely think yoga is awesome and good for stress. It’s kinda like ballet to me. I also love ballet because it’s beautiful and relaxing but I can’t do ballet either. 😉

Ok.. I need to ask this. Am I doing something totally wrong? I just started doing this app on my phone with S Health and this week I’m noticing that I’m way under my calorie count everyday. Am I supposed to experience this? The packs of food that I buy don’t have much in there but like on my Gardein products, they are so low in calories. What do I do?

I agree that to let your body rest during that time. You are loosing a few needed nutrients during that time through loosing blood. 🙂 even though you replace some of them, you can’t replace them all at that rate. I know if you have thin blood flow and cramps drink more pure grape juice to thicken the flow and help replace a little iron is how I was raised to do. 😉

I wanna ask you all how do I strengthen my wrist more? I try pushing away more from the pole but not very long tho. My opposite side is getting better than my dominant side.

I have been trying to learn for months but due to work schedule I can’t ever get to classes unless it’s a Saturday but then I only get to one class. So now that I discovered Veena in the last 3 months on FB or so I think, I decided to come to this site. I personally say to always work on strength but also go ahead and do the level 1 basic spins while building strength. That’s my personal opinion. I started opposite. I started with workout and pole conditioning and basic spins before trying to build strength. Now I do both thanks to Veena strength exercises. I’m sure she will tell you the best way tho. I jus started to record myself by Gliding my boo lol but I see that it keeps tremendously to see what I did good and poor on. Lol I look forward to everyone comments because I can gauge where I’m at also.

You can do it KRAZYKAT.. 🙂 I just found out that they got vegan ice cream.. lol I went to Albertson’s and asked the manager to help me find the cheese and I found So Delicious ice cream. Thanks to everyone on here, I have been finding more things to try. Look at the other postings on here and see if you can find some of the brands that I can’t find. I still haven’t found Loving Hut brand yet.

Thought Im still having difficulty preparing ahead and eating on time, Im still doing way better than I was before. Thanks to all of you here. I want to also ask if there are any particular to look for while getting better in this such weight changes? I know that I need to exercise more but I still get dizzy but I think its because I havent mastered eating yet.

Yep… True.. Casi is right. I wasn’t producing of the right hormone but everyone case is different. Taking the medication to help you get better is all that matters. When I started taking my meds it actually helps my body to kick back into producing the hormones that I needed like my serotonin levels. Please don’t let it get to the point where its painful like I did. Body pain going through depression was the worst feeling besides child birth to me. Please try what ever they suggest for you to get you back healthy. For me I went through a few meds just to get that right one but its ok. As long as you are doing what you need to do to stay healthy. That all that matter. Its no such thing as being a freak. We are always here for you.
