Happy New Year !!!
With emails is fine, ppl that sends you an email has to tick the option sending the notification either to your profile or to both, your profile and your email. With threads, you’ll get notifications in your inbox each time someone post a response about the topic you are discussing, either you began it (the thread) or you wrote your opinion/advice too… but, regarding comments on your blog or on your profile … its not available yet i guess…

besides so much work, santa arrived from australia … I just received my Jamillas dvd set including new Routines !!! Im so happy, havent had any chance to watch it but Im so happy about getting my first dvd set for my pole dancing collection. SO HAPPY GIRLS !!!
On the other part, I bought one for my teacher too (he asked me to add it in my order)… but yet, im still waiting … guess Santa has too much work, thats the only thing worrying me right now…Lots of hugs and Kisses !!!

tienes que practicar, fuerza muchacha, si te entiendo pero al principio necesitas obligarte un poco para animar al cuerpo a hacer ejercicios luego, creeme no estaras igual te gustará mucho !!! encima ayer estuvo a full la academia porque es semana de pole en la tele … y a mi profe le toca enseñarle a dos modelos … asi que me toco apoyarlo par que enseñen lo básico …

Done from a gemini/scorpio it is not all that bad. Whichever leg is already hooked, place upper hand above the leg and pull yourself up. You can either drop your legs and then reposition yourself or you can push the hips forward to get the position.
Really Goddess ? Ive tried and thought about am I gonna end my legs doing a "forced" split (forced because I dont really get into there yet, so it would be painful)? Thats what I am aware of … Thanks on your guidence my dearest Goddess !
