I took a couple of classes in Tokyo in 2010, and started (now discontinued) a blog soon after at midpolecrisis.com. I actually no longer pole due to injuries etc. - now enjoy I hoop dance! (hoopalooza.com) - but still I enjoy watching this provocative and graceful form of self expression and love to watch the super vids on studioveena.
