I too have a wooden plank ceiling. I tore out the false ceiling and found the wood ceiling. My pole gas been up for 5 months and holding steady!! My BF said it would be fine and so far so good!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cool.gif

I say men buy harleys and sports cars when going through a mid life crisis and women start poleing…lol. I too worried that I may be too old and not strong enough, young enough, fit enough…but I have set this as a goal for myself and am progressing each time I have a session. LOVE IT!!
