I found pole fitness a few months before I turned 38, while visiting a friend from high school who lives in Houston area. I was overweight, out of shape, getting old & felt like crap. I started sporadically in June 2011 & quickly became a full on pole addict. Aug 2011, I signed up for a year unlimited membership with Brass Ovaries in Austin & can't say enough about that place! :) Pole, my fellow classmates, instructors & my studio, changed my life. I just started a new job as an administrator at my absolute favorite studio, Brass Ovaries in Austin, TX. It's one badass studio where I can feed my pole & aerial arts addiction, learn from & dance with some of the most talented & coolest chics I've ever met :) I enjoy meeting other pole & aerial enthusiasts. I've come to know the most wonderful people thru the shared love of pole!
