I guess it depends on the club, the clientelle, and the security (for ur safety) alongside your personally comfort level with performing nude lap dances.

I have personally worked at a club and performed nude lap dances. I had no problems doing so at all. . .
* All of the clients knew that NO TOUCHING was allowed (their hands had to be in plain view throughout the dance)
* Even as a ‘performer’ no "GRINDING" was even allowed during these dances (so no vayjay sanitary issue)
* There was security at the club
* There were security cameras at each lap dance station
* Pay was upfront (or security would get involved)

I think there was a 6-inch rule for the dancers (if i recall correctly). If security saw dancers breaking rules repeatedly they’d get fired.

I guess since there was no touching involved at all, I never thought twice about doing it.
But then I’m all okay with being a tease anyway, lol.

((( Ahhhemmmm: let me clairfy that this was many many years ago. Rules may have changed in clubs now. And while I have nothing against ‘strippers’, I no longer dance at strip clubs )))

The pheonix is also so very beautiful, I really enjoyed the way Oona did hers. . . so fluid & flawless!

As for the off-centered extension, when we first put up the pole we noticed that happen and had to twist the ext until the circles were centered again. It happened because we needed to tighten the xjoint.

Where are those vids from veena that you mention Since your job is already strengthening and toning the rest of you you could always try engaging your core (I know veena had a great video of how to properly do it with the two part thing) as you massage your clients. Just keep it properly engaged for a certain amount of time and then rest a bit, do it again. Just engaging your core as you go about your daily life can really help. I like to occasionally do it while stuck in traffic or grocery shopping or whatever. But that helps strenghten your core in a way that is a more well rounded than just doing crap tons of sit-ups because your doing all sorts of various movements (twisting, bending, lifting, etc) with your core tight and it has to adjust with those.???

Yeah, P90 is pretty much a "beginner" version of P90X

Power 90 (P90)
Power 90 EXTREME (P90X)

We have both. . . I’m not a huge fan of P90, its just too slow paced for me. . . but it is a good beginner level for someone seeking something less physically "extreme" (although keep in mind there are modifications for everything).

I do the P90 fat blast from time to time, and its pretty much Plyo and Kenpo in a short 35-40min workout. I like it, especially when u dont wanna spend an hour! lol

My husband and I got P90X back when it first came out a few years ago. . .
It’s a great way to get in shape and I think it’ll certainly help your pole skill. . . it shouldn’t hurt it at all (just balance everything).

I like the program, but I dont do it all the time (its sort of old to us now), lol

Is it worth the $$??? YES!

It will if nothing else get you very familiar with how to condition your body.

I think this may be why we were confused. . .

I started this thread to organize an ATL Pole Jam. My intentions are only to get together with other Polers in ATL and have a good time, exchange ideas, meet up, all that good stuff. . . Although it wasn’t stated; we were planning to have it at someone’s home (b4 there was such a large response)

(In regard to the quote you posted from MsC) I was under the impression that if we had a lot of people attending, we’d do the girls night out at Pole Waxers. This is why I kept posting to request a confirmation list of attendees. When I only saw the 4 responses confirmed, I figured we’d go with KK’s house and I talked to everyone individually.

A SV member that I later spoke with told me that Pole Waxers was "expecting" all SV pole jam ppl at Pole Waxers Girls Night Out! This is when I sent u the message stating that we didn’t have a lot of ppl confirmed. (At that point, myself and the other SVppl had agreed to meet up at someones home).

The message you posted was an email sent directly to you. . I sent the email to you for the sake of not changing things and confusing everyone I’d already spoken to. At this point I had NO idea that you’d planned out so many things at your studio specifically for us SV Pole Jammers (atl). (ie; the drawing, the extra studio time separate from gno, etc)

The same day; I got a message back from u stating that you were having a Pole Jam at Waxers, had enough ppl confirmed, and you hoped I could make it out. . . (( https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif since I started the atl jam thread, of course Id want to attend!!))

Then, I posted the above confirming that the Jam was at Waxers. (I think I posted this the same day that I emailed you and saw the blog). At that point it was finalized. I felt no need to repost, causing any further confusion.

If you’ll notice, after my posting "We’ll go with the Jam at Waxers" there were no further postings from me about it. . . my goodness, it was confusing enough, even to to me!!!

SO TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO ATTEND. . . . (for clarification purposes)
