Kinda odd question (and probably a bit stupid LoL) but do you have to be good to post a challenge video? I mean is suposed to be "Look how awesome I am! I am the best!" because if thats the case I may wait a few months (or years LoL). I really dont want to look like a complete idiot but I want to put up some vids for constructive criticism and to track my progress! Thanks in advance!

anybody can do challenges!!! It’s just a challenge for yourself to spice things up. There is no winner picked, no one compares anyone. This video is how I learned to invert properly. It’s a great guide on what to work on to build the necessary strength. I was struggling with the chopper until I started doing these prep exercises.
Also for SM, I was able to learn it without kicking by doing prances. Lot’s and lots of prances. You keep practicing and each time you get stronger and stronger, then you get closer and closer and then one day you prance all the way up and bam! you just lifted into a shoulder mount!

I took Sexy Flexy and loved it. I got some great stretching tips and techniques as well as some sweet transitions!

I’m an Army Wife and an Army veteran (and an Army nurse who still works in military treatment facilities caring for soldiers and their families) and I wasn’t bothered by seeing them do this in their uniform one bit. And I’m usually pretty hardcore on military bearing, go figure.
I actually watched the some airforce guys do tik-tok last week and that also made me chuckle, LOL.
I do believe that our soldiers should be careful in how they carry themselves as they are respresenting our military but they’re human too and it looks to me like harmless fun in this vid. I didn’t see any OP SEC issues, but then again I’m a nurse and not an infantryman LOL. I care for wounded warriors who return from places like this with their bodies and spirits broken, and honestly…seeing something like this lightens my heart. It makes me smile and makes me proud to see our troops turn lemon into lemonade. Enjoying what time they have because any moment could be their last.

Dayday I can promise you this. As a nurse who has spent years and years doing pap, after pap, after pap….if it was something serious, you would be in the doctors office right now having a repeat. Paps come back abnormal all the time. The changes can range from mild to severe and mild changes aren’t alarming. That’s why they are waiting 6 months to repeat it. Hi PDR, first I wanna say how much i fuggin heart you.
Ok, secondly. I can’t say whether or not you’l ever be the caliber dancer of the Jenyne Butterflys. No one can predict that. And even if you don’t…that’s ok. You’re gonna dance your own way and be your own kind of poler, and if people pick up on it and adopt it then sweet! If they don’t than so be it. I don’t have a single shred of any type of traing, personally. But I know one thing. I sure do love to dance. And that’s all that matters right? For those of us starting from scratch, yeah…maybe it might take longer to pick up grace and fluidity and transitions. But it doesn’t mean you’ll never be as awesome as you wanna be. And to even consider quitting because you’re not sure you won’t reach that standard is ludicrous and you better have that notion out of your head before I get a hold of you!!!!
