Horrible misrepresentation of pole dancing! I’m insulted! And the same goes for what they said about yoga. I had to post it on face book. That publisher can suck it.

Bigbaby I have bad shoulders and my instructor told me to get the mighty grip gloves and ankle guards until I build up. They help me a lot.

Has anyone bought that pole dancing course by Amber Starr? Is that also a good investment to add to my home pole practice?

I do a class called pole fit that works on upper body, Stretching and core…and also teaches you moves like the invert the climb headstand etc on Sundays.. Then I take a sexy flexy class Mondays that’s works on flexibility, then Thursdays I have my beginner 2 pole class. I stay and practice about an extra hour a week. I plan on practicing everyday when I get my own pole 🙂

I just started a couple months ago and LOVEE it! I’m almost 42 tho and have tendonitis in my wrists and shoulders w a lil arthritis ( I’ve been doing hair for over 20 years ),. It takes more classes and work to get my upper body back to shape…my goal right now is to master the invert and the climb 🙂 may take a lil longer then the younger girls but I’m determined! I got my own pole also can’t wait to get it up and spinning! Hope everyone has a fun and safe New Years 🙂
