hi, i just got the hang of the superman!:)
this might sound odd, but what i do before i turn around (looking at the ground then) i make sure my croch is allready on the pole..so make sure you’re no longer holding on with your knee ’cause you’ll just slide off then.. i hope this helps:) greets Santi
