This may not help but for me my flexibility was it a stand still until I started doing exercises to loosen up my lower back and doing Veena exercise called The Clam Shell. It has strenghted my deep hip muscles and loosed them up.

Since I can’t go to a class and don’t have good Internet I have the dvd’S from Fit and Bendy. I have really done well with them.

I am not sure but it looks like the same style as my old Platinum Stages pole. It got stuck once and I read on here (and it sounds crazy) but try tightening it to ceiling just a little more. That takes the pressure off the nuts and the may loosen then. Hope u can get it down.

I like her Dvd. I have all of them. 🙂

Call x pole and ask them. I had a problem with my not staying in static mode. They were very nice and helped me. The solution was simple for my problem.

I live in Alabama and I would like to have a stage pole to take outside. How would a silicone pole do on a warm/sunny day outside? Would would it do with sweaty hands/grips?
-
Platium Stages has stainless steel and I think XPole has a stainless now.

I have a Platium Stages 1 piece stainless steel pole. Its 50mm. I am in Alabama.

MemberJanuary 16, 2015 at 6:09 am in reply to: ISO XPole Spinning Chrome, Frustrated with Stainless SteelI had 50mm stainless. For me the finish was ok. I had trouble with the size and did not realize it until until I went to a studio that had 45mm. I could do so much more because I could have more grip. So I got a 45mm chrome and love it.

I called xpole and they sent me what I needed when I ordered my new pole. They are very helpful. Even fixed my wiggling pole problem when suppose to be on static. Lol

It has made a big difference to me also. Started with a 50mm but love my 45mm.

I have this problem too. I.hope I can explain this well. I went to an Alethea Austin workshop, we were working on stretching. She asked it anyone got foot cramps while pointing toes. There were a.few including me. She said gave us an exercise and it has helped me. She had us slowly roll/wave our foot into pointing but when get to your toes roll 1 toe at a time into pointing until whole foot is pointed. Then roll toes 1.at a time back up and into flex foot . It is to built up articulation in your feet. Lol It takes alot of consentration for me to move 1 toe at a time lime that. Lol
