HC, you should definately try tite grip, it tends to be a bit better for the overly sweaty hands.. like charley said, put it on an hour or two before.. i like using my itac2 on my hands, then i wipe my hands in between the thighs, inside arms, backs of knees, uppper hips, ect.. i have sweaty hands too..

Karol, you are an amazing instructor. I learned so much from you and I had an awesome time. LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR WORKSHOPS.Joni: It was lovely meeting you too! I only survived 7 hours of poling cuz I was star struck and was having so much fun. Also the energy and protein bars helped loads.
