This information is great!! I just started aerial classes a month ago, and I love it!! I’m moving away from Atlanta in august for a nursing program so I want to learn as much as possible from my aerial instructor this summer. This way I can play on my pole or the silks to relief stress that I know the program will put me thru!!! I’m hoping my dad won’t have a problem setting up my silks rig :/

I danced my best improv to "slow" by jamie foxx I was just really into that song when my teacher played it. i thought to myself hmmmmmm maybe slower pole dancing should be my new thing https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif . I keep a small journal with moves I want to try and tips on achieving them. I never tried printing the pictures that is such a good idea, but i’ll need to buy a bigger journal. I’ve been just drawing stick figures beside different pole moves so I can remember https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif LOl it looks so bad if anybody ever saw it they laugh so hard at me. Okay I personally think having the pole jam at the studio would be better just because there would be more space and we wouldn’t be limited to one pole for 4 people…we could all dance together https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif . Instructors would be available at the pole jam for instruction that teach classes everyday would be great for extra questions for pole moves you may need extra help with https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif !! i love spyda she kills it i saw that video last year sometime and my face hit the face i was in aweee!!! Fiyastarta use to be my instructor at Dance 411 she’s amazing girl so much fun but one of the best instructors i’ve ever had she does have her own website too u can look her up on youtube under fiyastarta to find her website n videos she sells boots from pleasers for like $50 amazing!!!

Hey Chicas I went to Pole waxers on saturday and had a great time!! I met the owner Robin she is such a sweetie i think everyone will have so some fun…the poles were great (OMG they were so easy to grip). Just posted my first video ever LOL see you chicas in 2010!!!!
