When I started poling my oldest had just turned 2 and my youngest was 6 months. At the time I would wait until nap time. Now that my boys are almost 5 and 3 I just do it whenever I feel the urge to dance or workout. I have never hidden pole from my kids, and they are encouraged to try what they want to! (with supervision, of course) In fact, my oldest tends to hang out around the house in a shirt and his underpants in case he feels the need to climb our pole. HA!
I don't do anything of a sexual nature (hip circles, body rolls, booty pops, etc) when my children are around. I save that for when they are out of the house or after they have gone to sleep.
Sometimes I set up a small circuit for myself and the boys will join in. ie – oblique crunches on the pole, situps with rows, and leg scissors. They think it is so fun to go through the different exercises – except I have them do different things from me! I don't see it as anything but playing and activity for them :o)

I had a student this summer with chronic sweaty hands. She bought the tacky for spinning pole and they really helped her.

Make sure you clean it well! They tend to be slick right out of the box!
Congrats on the new pole!

Sometimes they have locations that ppl donate their old cabinets, countertops, mirrors, etc. Then the general public can go through and purchase. Plus, the money you spend goes to a great cause!

Write down tricks you want to have photos of. That way you can refer back to the list when you aren’t sure what to do next.

This is the go-to white chicken chili recipe we make. When I found it I was excited to try it, but never thought it would be "the recipe" that made me stop looking for similar things.

Yes, an x-pole will work with a 7 ft ceiling, you will need to purchase an extension.
There are 2 options for your height. The 750mm or the 500mm.
If you go with the 750 you will only be using pole A and the 750.
If you go with the 500 you will use pole A, the 500 and the 250 the set comes with.
Hope this helps! xoxo

I really enjoy this recipe – Espcially since it is crock pot easy! Although I haven't eaten it by itself, I think it makes a great chunky chip dip!

There are small things to need to adjust in the beginning, like a no handed jade requires me to pull my split a little further to the side to hold it on my 45 vs my 50. I would agree with Charley though, if you can – get the 45mm.

For my hammock I purchased my daisy chains and fabric from here:
http://www.aircat.net/Aerial/Equipment.html
I purchased these carabiners:
http://www.rei.com/product/737865/petzl-william-ball-lock-autolocking-carabiner?preferredSku=7378650019&cm_mmc=cse_froogle-_-{adtype}-_-product-_-7378650019&mr:trackingCode=44817AF1-E390-DE11-B4D4-0019B9C043EB&mr:referralID=NA&{copy:s_kwcid}=&mr:adType=pla&gclid=CPaElNiPtbICFSOnPAodSmYA7A
For my silks (11 yards of fabric), it is the same material and width but I went with a distributor from Las Vegas b/c he gave me a better deal.
