    This might sound insane, but I have seen it help tons of people. When you start in your sit and swing the right leg around straighten your legs, and with pointed toes tap your ankles together and pull into chopper. As you tap the ankles make sure you are exhaling. I would love to know if this helped at all, I teach it in my classes and see great success with it. Good luck! xoxo

    I think it helps to turn in towards the pole for the actual drop. Without seeing a video of yours I’m afraid I can’t give any tips specific to it. Hope you are doing well with your progress! xoxo

    Typically I will bruise like crazy the week leading up to my period. So it is a very good period tracker for me! I never have sensitivity to my body being on poles or aerials, but the first day or 2 it always feels like my uterus is just going to fall right out of my body.

    I wish it would come back in the capacity of when I first found this website in late 2010. There were always so many people! You could pop in at any time during the day/evening to find up to 15 polers always here. I really miss the old day :o(

    I get ingrown hairs like crazy – no matter how often I change the blade on my razor or exfoliate. I have had good luck with Tend Skin, but no experience with surgery. I got samples of the Tend skin and liked it so much I bought it. Sorry you are going through this, ingrown hairs are a pain in the ass :o( http://www.tendskin.com/

    I have a no under garment policy, but aside from that am open to those wearing what they are comfortable in. I had instructed at a studio a few years ago that allowed underwire bras and panties and I felt that it was not the environment I wanted for myself. And when I say panties, I mean single layer.
