You would need the 500mm extension :o)
-
That $6 price is probably for 1 yard – you will need 6 or 7 yards. Buying from a fabric distributor is going to be cheaper than buying the same fabric from an aerial supplier.
-
LMAO – didn’t I say between 6 or 7 yards for your ceiling height?!?! ;o) Hehehe!
-
You would want between 6 – 7 yards of fabric approx 108″ wide.
-
What is your ceiling height Shoogstandley?
In my studio we use the nylon tricot 40 denier.

Yes, they just came out with some new colors, yellow included. http://www.mikayogawear.com/category/1/tops.php

The fabric in PoleFit Wear is a nylon/spandex, 80%/20% so while it could take on some color, it might not be even or to the color you are really wanting. I love Rit dye which can be found at hobby/craft stores, and sometimes even at the grocery store. https://www.ritstudio.com/techniques/tips-for-successful-dyeing/

I just recently did a freestyle coming out if a lunge at 2:15. Hope this helps a little! xoxo

You are lucky to take a break! As a studio owner and instructor I typically teach back to back classes during my lady time. I have worn a diva cup for 2 years and would NEVER go back to other products! It has been a life saver!

Have you considered using something specifically for sweaty hands instead of regular deodorant?

The only thing that isn’t is the no handed cradle on spin mode!

I think it depends on the age of the child and the manner in which it was used.

This might sound insane, but I have seen it help tons of people. When you start in your sit and swing the right leg around straighten your legs, and with pointed toes tap your ankles together and pull into chopper. As you tap the ankles make sure you are exhaling. I would love to know if this helped at all, I teach it in my classes and see great success with it. Good luck! xoxo

I think it helps to turn in towards the pole for the actual drop. Without seeing a video of yours I’m afraid I can’t give any tips specific to it. Hope you are doing well with your progress! xoxo
