I am a stay at home mommy/wife. My kids are definitely my full time job :o) I have a 2 year old and a 3 1/2 year old – Both boys. I teach 4 classes a week, so this is a great way for me to get out of the house! I make some fun money, get a workout, and also have a ton of fun. I don't know what I would do without my clients, they are the reason I love going so much! Don't get me wrong – I LOVE BEING AT HOME WITH MY KIDS! But it is nice to have a chance to get away and do something I love, and share in the excitement of such a creative outlet.

Are you doing the training with aerial aircat arts?! If so, I will be there too!
If you are looking for a wonderful studio IN boulder you need to check out YogaBeachBabe (veena member) at Boulder Spirals (formerly DollHouse) – She is fantastic and has such a beautiful space. If you are looking for somewhere in Denver check out Studio 3SixT. Jen West is a co-owner there and a lovely person and a phenomenal dancer.

This one took me MONTHS! What helped me was lifting my right hip higher than my left (I hold pole on my right side/back) and for some reason it made it a bit easier. I will also say that I could not hold this by standing on the ground, I finally climbed up on that pole and it was either hold it our fall. Amazing what the body can do when you give it those 2 options :o) Good luck xoxo

Then yes, those can be found at a hardware store. I believe they are an M8 size. Take one out of your pole and take it with you when you go to get the replacements.

No they can’t. The screws don’t have 1 direction of thread. You can get the screws from x pole, but chances are they will try to tell you that you must by the full x-joint. Call customer service!

Here is where you need to go! Good Luck :o)
