Also if you find a pair of boots that almost fits you should see if your local shoe repairman can stretch them. They often have steamers and they steam it then expand it. I have had this done to two pairs that were just slightly too small

Zuzsana does some awesome hardcore workouts with little to no equipment in most. even if you don’t do her full workout, it is nice to take different exercises of hers and put them together. Since you will be on vaca remember to write down what exercises you want to do and how to (for anything not used to doing)

so you can get as much done without trying to remember everything!
    have fun and be safe!

even if they are charging for admission to the show often it doesnt cover much (unless tickets are outrageous). Producing a show costs a lot of money and if you do it now for no pay who knows what you may make in another season.

    1. It gives a great chance to network with people who are obviously DOING things!
    2. Could lead to future paid gigs.
    3. Think of it as an internship! You get to see how it is to work with a choreographer and many girls that you don’t know. After you see the initial choreo, if it is in bad taste you can decline then, without too many hard feelings since they will still have time to find someone. Also you may not have to do certain numbers.
    4. If they start to be UNPROFESSIONAL in anyway during practice (changing a lot last minute, expecting you to buy costumes, distasteful dancing) it is completely professional to apologize and part ways amicably.
5 If you have been taking class with marlo ask her if you can take her out for coffee, drink, etc to talk about your concerns pole dancer to pole dancer. She will understand and i am sure everything will be in good taste!

Knee hold- Wrap whatever leg you use as your top leg on the pole and pull yourself up.

Superman- Same idea wrap whatever leg you want to be on top , bring hand over leg and turn over.

MOST IMPORTANT!!!! DON"T UNDERESTIMATE HOW IMPRESSED PEOPLE WILL BE! You are fabulous and you need to know so!
Even if your combos aren’t super crazy hardcore and just crazy hardcore who care as long as you are getting into them flawlessly!’
You will do excellent good lucK!

think about your hands. sometimes in still photos on the pole people lose site that their hands and arms look awkward or sloppy. ( i know mine did first time a friend snapped some shots ) if you have a digital camera start finding your angles and arm movements with that so you can see what looks awesome and what looks crazy. Practice your facial expressions with the moves (smiling or just holding a calm face is harder when you have to)

My second pole shot wnt much smoother than my first !

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wxcPIP-rtbQ the trick starts around :30

Although i highly recommend learning to shoulder mount on both sides, you will be wanting to use your dominant shoulder mount to learn this. Since using my right shoulder, i start the spin with my left side or vice versa left shoulder, right handed spin.

Get into your back hook, take the inside/lower arm out bring it around the front of the pole, and cup it same as you would in a shoulder mount. at this point your body should shift a little so that your back is on the pole. take the top hand turn it over and get ready to shoulder mount.

What really helped me get this move was practicing the arm movements while standing on the floor. It created muscle memory and made doing it while spinning much easier!
