    Trick master pole mats come from queensland and i know that because im the face of their company! Yay for me. The mats fit an x-stage and arent super duper soft but will break a fall. However super soft ones can be arranged 🙂 hope this helps xx

    Ive used both. If you sweat or live in a humid area go the brass. If your skin is more dry then go the TG.

    I love them both you cant really go wrong. I use brass but i need on my legs because thats where my skin is dry. Another thing to consider is that brass can make your hands smell a bit funny from the metal. Hope this helps! X

    My boyfriend is the exact same.. I posted a video on facebook and youtube and he wasnt happy at all. We got into a really big argument about it and i tried to tell him i only do it for fitness..in the end he made me delete certain photos of pole dancing off facebook but i kept the video up just as a revenge thing… Been with him for 3 years and ive considered breaking up over it…

    When you said your hands get stuck under your thigh it made me
    Think that maybe youre hips arent parallel to the floor. If the pole is touching your belly button youre not in the correct position. When you invert make sure your hips are flat, hooked leg pointing right down to the floor. Thats just what it sounds like to me i could be wrong! Good luck and it sounds like youre very close x

    It burns for me all the time if i dont get it in the right position. I try to hook my ankle first, slide my torso down and in position then push my knee/thigh into the pole to lock it it while taking my hands off at the same time (make sure your ankle is pushing agensit the pole to try take some of the weight)

    If i put my thigh on straight away then i find it burns because i have to allow my body to slide down first and that rips on my thighs! This is just me though. Practice practice and dont give up :))

    When ever i do the V grip i put knees and ankles on the pole drop my bottom hand then go into butterfly. It looks good because theres not man hand switches. Your top hand is already in the correct position 🙂

    I thought i was the only one who thought this!! My pole is in my living room.. And my boyfriend loves to watch movies. Thankfully he recnetly got a job out of town and is away all week. While most girls would cry over this.. I love it! Pole 4 times a week and 2 days with the boyfriend. A perfect balance i think lol! Pole is very important. Its does alot of things men fail at… Like makes us lose weight and feel sexy.

    Surely your boyfriend has a passion such a fishing or making things.. Tell him its the same as you with pole dancing 🙂 good luck!

    My brass pole is always slippery on my leg until me and the pole are warmed up.. It only takes a few minutes of climbs etc to get those legs nicely heated! Otherwise have you tried ? That stuff is a life saver when i just want to get in and do something 🙂

    Thank you veena! 🙂

    @hookedonpole
    Zoraya showed us to go into a full extended butterfly. Then bring your free leg foward and sort of “push” the hooked foot on the pole off . I had a friend hold my hips in the transition and she slowly let me go once i was in the full jackknife (and found my balance). I cant do a straight edge or ayesha. This is my first “legs off pole” kind of move.. So, i guess that means its easier? I hope this helps and let me know how you go. Xx

    It took me a good 3 months to get back on the pole.. I kept trying to come back slowly but it just never worked.. But after a while i just got on the pole and was all magically better.. You just gotta wait it out. Listen to your body and dont push your self! It will come back.
