Thanks so much guys. I was able to see the actual MRI films myself. The 2 in the T-spine was barely bulging. Not much to even speak of. But the L5-S1 had about 2-3 mm bluge with min herniation.  some encroachment on the left root nerve. So Im able to continue poling for now, but have to limit some moves, bridges, back bends and of course sit ups. Thaks a lot guys.
