I know this might sound strange but look at the color of your pee…the closer to clear it is the more hydrated you are, the darker it is the more dehydrated you are…if this doesnt work i would see a doctor

I wear victoria secert yoga shorts when I teach because it gives me the right amount of coverage and still able to do all the pole tricks, but when I am poling on my own, i just wear regular booty shorts from bella

I am in TG when I lower into my iron x and I have a very bad habit of dropping out of it, I need to start bring myself back to the pole more with the iron x

MemberOctober 25, 2012 at 7:38 am in reply to: About to start teaching, I have some ?’sI been teaching for a year and half and I use more of a fitness based classes, I do my warm up for about 10 minutes and then cool down for 5 …. there is so much adivce one thing please be careful hor you correct someone because if you don't do it with tact and encourgment they might not come back. I see a lot of teachers mean the right thing but say it the wrong way. Also I try to be friendly with people because most of the time people re scared coming into classes like this so I try to provide them with warmth and welcomeness. Also find out from the other instuctors how they do things and maybe sit in on some of there classes. Also the break down of a move is very important. I wish you luck

THanks, I been working on this as while and I am so close but still don't have a finish product gonna try these tips tomorrow.

I have a feeling the 50mms are going to end up like the dinosurs
