Didn’t know how to fix it, but figured out it was caused by leaving it in my purse so it got exposed to higher temps in a car.

I would do both. You can use dry hands to help with tricks, but don’t forget to train your grip strength as well.

The lupit pad is for adding tack and doesn’t help with sweating. I find it great for the body but not fur my hands.

So I know that this is a different brand, but Lupit’s is not toddler proof. My kid can change it back and forth.

I would recommend doing the 30 day take off. It gives a gives an order to the beginner lessons.

The game a like to play is randomly select three tricks I know and then try to combo them together.

Definitely makes it confusing. My studio has another move called hood ornament that I have yet to learn.

My favorite is Tinkerbell. I don’t have a picture of me in it, but here is someone else. https://www.google.com/search?q=pdtinkerbell&oq=pdtinkerbell&aqs=chrome..69i57j0l3.5133j0j7&client=ms-android-verizon&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8#imgrc=elLeffRFX6YOzM:

Hope you are feeling better soon. Eventually I plan on doing that program after I finish the flexibility one and the flow one.

The spin lessons have a section on for the spinning pole at the end. That may be a good spot to start.

Thanks! I think I will do something similar with one note.

Decided not to do the invert program yet as I want to spend time solidifying the basic moves and feeling comfortable with them and working on the beginner routine. And getting comfortable enough with too start the 30 days flow program as I want to focus more on the dance aspect and progress the tricks more slowly.

In January I may carpool with a friend to the studio that is an hour away for their beginner classes.

Thanks for the advice. I think I decided to give it a shot and try to make my own plan for my own goals.
