Ok so I have been trying to get this one and just couldn’t. I thought my abs weren’t strong enough to get my legs up high enough but that wasn’t it at all. All of a sudden it just clicked. Don’t know how, don’t know why but I just kept practicing and watching the video over and over (even though I had it memorized from watching so many times!) So happy and all I can say is practice and make sure that your hip/oblique is on the pole.
