Listen sues… ;);)… I've only been on here for 3 weeks, and was a TOTAL out of shape NOODLE Everything.   I already FEEL so much better.  (Check my blogs and stuff for details) AND, I'm older than dirt. :):)  YOU CAN DO IT.

Once you get started, you'll probably shape up faster than poor OLD never in shape me; BECAUSE you've been more in shape before.

I posted this elsewhere.. and can't find.  The BEST place I found was the RE-STOREs of Habitat For Humanity.  Most US towns of any size (40K Population) seem to have them.  I found several for about $40 to $50 around 5 x5 give or take.

Also could look for other salvage construction for the Sliding closet Door mirrors.

Well.. my only experience with any 'lessons' was in jr. high school (back in the dark ages.. lol)  It was 6 wks of Modern Dance.  Loved it, and learned things I'll be using in pole.

God I wish this town was bigger so I could take SOMEthing..

Just thought I'd meantion this as a tip/idea.

I went to a local crafter's mall and found a couple of cute items to use for garters.

Little girl's headbands with feathers, ribbons, flowers, etc.  There were also some booths with some pretty nice sheer blouses and sequined too.

    Who'd a thought?

I may even get brave and post this to my Facebook – just a way to subtly inform my family of what I'm up to.  They know I've started working out.  They just don't know "HOW".. lol

Can't help w/most of those questions but i do know this:

Don't eat anything late!  (3-4 hours before bedtime) 😉  It too has made a huge difference in maintaining.

Get a hammer and listen REALLY hard.  If that still doesn't work, you could assume it's ALL solid wood behind it…. and/OR.. call out a construction worker or the nearest male neighbor.  (seems men come with this ability when they're born! lol)

You guys are all so totally awesome!!  I love all the ideas and suggetions.

Cooking ahead IS wonderful.  Being newly 'single' (yay) was eye opening in the cooking department.  My tendancy was to eat out, because I was used to cooking for a family at one time; but I just make it anyway and freeze what's too much and then don't have to cook later! There's always something 'ready'.  Fortunately the BF eats with me pretty regularly. 😉

Anyway… I just LOVE this place! (SV)

Do EX cats count?  I had FIVE Persian Exotics no wait.. one was a Cornish Rex – my feline soul mate –  Leo.  I've been missing him a lot lately but dont' have $$ for another. ($500- Eeeek)

All I know is:  Arm and Hammer Multi-Cat scopable is the BEST.  Just once a day litter box cleaning with Five.  It was great. Never smelled. 🙂

I guess by the time I'm actually POLING, another kitty will come my way? :):)  You guys are sure making me miss him. 🙁
