It was a good segment, I thought.  Too bad they didn't give any links, tho. 🙂  Thanks for posting this.

While I'm doing an HCG round I eat Really Well.. even if it IS only 500 cal.  (HCG causes old fat to be used re:1800 cals a day, so I'm not starving – in case anyone was concerned. 🙂

SO.. I intend to pretty much stick to what I'm doing, just adding in More, after I'm through (this time.. lol).  It's very balanced and healthy.

Some might think of it as boring, but truthfully, – there's really only about 10% of the items in the grocery stores that are worth eating to maintain a healthy body.

    1) They are found in the Produce, Meat, and Dairy sections.

     2) The more 'manufacturing' that took place on the item the more you should avoid it.

    3) Stear clear of the 'white stuff' (sugar, carbs, breads) and only use in slight amounts.

It's really SIMPLE (in the head!! lol)   I find it's my eyeballs I have to watch when I'm shopping. lol  And PLEASE.. use your TIVO to skip the Commercials!!  (Man, they have some good lookin' -body damning- restraunt food on there) 😉

I find I actually LIKE the taste of veggies and fruit – once I get used to it again – instead of all the 'crap'.

I also have used Stevia (herb) as a sweetner for over a decade.

Weigh yourself at the same time in the morning and watch how your jeans fit.  If things get a little 'off', don't Wait… you can fix a mistake in a couple of days as long as you don't ignore it.

Okay… That's it for me.  Hope it helped.

Oh YAY!   I'm so bored/uncomfortable..? etc. with my 'dancing' this is exciting.

So glad to have a big bunch of trusted 'kudos' for these videos.  The lap dance is downloading as I type.

If I like IT, then I may get the others as well.  Cool. :):)

Didn't read EVERY post.. (lol.. there are so many! :)…

I used to use the Keeper.  It was great.  And you know what??  Nothing ever 'smelled' like it did on the cotton.  (Gross, I know.. but it seem so much more sanitary)

On the 'keeper' verision, tho, I had to trim the little 'handle' cause it was a bit uncomfortable.  It was rubber, tho, so if you're allergic, I guess go for the Diva.

Good luck girls.  *breathes a sigh of menopausal relief* I'm so glad I don't have to deal with all that any more.

You will need video editing software (or a camera that has a youtube instant upload button).

I don't know if there are any free ones online, but Corel Video Studio 12 is what I use – it cost around $100 a couple of years ago.

Hope you find something.  Maybe someone else on here can help.  We did have another thread on this a while back.. maybe do a search "video editing"?

Good for YOU Sues!!  Decision well made, I think. 😉  Veena's lessons are the BEST as far as form, correctness, etc.  Self paced in proper order goes a looong way to success.

(I mean.. if an old beat up 57 year old Disabled broad can do a bit of this stuff?? LOL  They've GOT to be good lessons! :):)

Have fun!  We're all here for you!

Gosh, Sues, from what you've said this is a 'no brainer', dear. 😉 😉

I mean..  you say, 1) the time is inconvenient, 2) class moves too fast you feel, 3) Paying and not feeling it's worth it, 4) you really just don't enjoy the classes

See what I mean?? lol :):)

Veena's video classes are outstanding.. EVERYTHING you'll ever want to know about poling is HERE! 🙂  You can go at your own pace, have lots of support, AND do it when you want to on YOUR schedule.  I'd also wager it's a lot cheaper, as where your going, as well?

What more could you want?  (Well, okay.. companionship of others in person.  Mmm.. Maybe in the near future host a pole jam? 🙂

Okay… good luck on your decision.  (Oh, yeah… I also think some on here have Chat room pole jams on fridays?  Or at least use webcams, etc in chat.  I'm still learning about that!)

I learned a long time ago that giving up is horrible.  Sometimes you could be 'just on the edge' of making it – and if you quit – you'll never know.  But TRYING.. :):)  Trying is the key that unlocks the door of Success.  (That's a 'me' quote! lol) :):)

BTW Phoenix – my rock looks more like a 2.5 " Potato!! lol.. with 4 kind of flat sides.  What's funny is: one side says 'give up'.. lol  It's all in how we look at things, i.e. Perspective.  All they say about 'change your mind, change your life' is Soooo true!

I searched "chat schedule' a few weeks ago and it showed nothing.  Guess I didn't know the right terms?  I also looked in the 'stickys' then, too.

    Thanks for the info, guys!

@ PolefitMom – LOL.. nah.. those would NEVER stay down.  That model has 'picuture perfect' buns!!  The second link doesn't look quite as skimpy, tho – but – still too skimpy for my shape. 🙁

@chemgodess – Hmm.. No Kmart's here anymore. but… those look to have the same issue and no pic of the BACK!  lol 😉

If I don't solve this problem soon, I sware I'm gonna invent/sew the next perfect pole britches for the well endowed derriere!

HEy… I just came out of a slump.  (Only 6th week at pole fitness- no workout at all last week and was about to give up!  Silly me!!https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif).

I'm starting to think Niki has a point: "Just DO it".  I know it sure made me feel better.

(Check my post/blog/video from today)  THEN go look at YOUR videos and see what all YOU CAN DO!! :):)  And thank god (or whoever) that you're not stuck down here with us 'newbies'!! :):)

It'll get better – it always does!!
