Ok so I have counted 8? Then 10 including me and Nicola? Ok so at the moment the studio has 5 poles hopefully soon it will get 8 but would you guys mind if there was only 5? Hopefully the studio will let us but I'll let you know the outcome. Xx

Also ill ask my studio coz we’re moving rooms and will hopefully have 8 poles up and the ceilings are massive… Great for drops 🙂

I have to work every Saturday throughout June and July, so if we could a Sunday that would be great, and I’m free every Sunday apart from 16th June and 28th July xx

I’m glad someone else is having this trouble! I try to exfoliate all the time but there is a patch on both my legs on my inner shins right where it contacts the pole on climbs or crucifix etc so I had put it down to poling also rather than just normal shaving coz I don’t get it anywhere else! It rubbish coz it means my legs never seem smooth even after I’ve just shaved, I have that tendskin hazelnut so ill try that.

Yup I’m in, it’s in my diary! I was speaking to Jonnelle last night (she goes to pole sessions) and she’s up for coming also, so add one more. Excited now love things to look forward to 🙂 xx

I think that’s the one zoey was asking but the owner is still on maternity, well I’m still up for coming ill being my stage! And if someone can bring screws but no biggy if not ill just take it easy on the spin 🙂 maybe you guys could help me with it coz I’ve only ever tried it at home x

Haha agreed 🙂 I’m going to keep looking at this forum coz I would still loved to go but will pass if it is just spinny poles….. Unless how high are the ceilings? I have a 50mm xpert but if you can put poles up I could bring my stage? x

Thanks for the suggestion chem, we’re doing that move already in the routine 🙂 I love the jade chopsticks but as you say a bit risky may not be able to pull it off on the night! I had seen a doubles video posted on here which I love but tried it on a stage and not enough room it’s where top person sits and then holds foot and hand and the other drops. That’s was great and punchy but not enough room.

I agree with peach think 4 poles aren’t a problem but I can’t do spinny, ill ask my studio also, its quite small with 5 static poles x

Well I just bought some shorts and tops from siluet I’d seen someone mention her on here on a forum before. They’re all hand made and they are gorgeous!! A little bit more expensive and they’re not based in uk but I was impressed about the different styles you could get. The other one is like debs said sweet vixen couture they are now based in the uk, the lady is lovely very helpful when talking about styles. They are the only website that I’ve seen they’re bodies/rompers being reasonably priced with a good choice! That’s my next purchase 🙂 x

Hey zoey not sure if this helps you but our studio does a 830 class and mostly we have one person to a pole maybe two at a push. The first bit is structured i.e instructor will
Give us spins etc to warm
Up and a few moves linking all together, then we have about half an hour of her teaching usnnew mobes or playing or working on moves we’re trying to get with her helping us. its a little bit more expensive than poke sessions. I agree with raven I’ve only heard of pole fire as doing morning class. Maybe you could have word with the instructor letting them know that you feel the clas is too busy, when I went there’s its jonnelle it was 3 to pole is it still the same? I’m sure she’d like to know coz she’ll end up getting people leaving :-S
