Pole class ettiquette should definitely be adddressed somewhere.  It's actually helpful to new students who have never been to a pole class before to have an idea ahead of time about what is expected of them and what to expect from others.

I also recommend trying a different chiropractor.  It sounds to me like you have a rib out of place.  Has the one you are going to adjusted ribs too, or just your spine?

I have been having this problem myself.  My X-pole X-pert was fine over the summer, but now that it is starting to cool off it is super slippery. It feels like there is a layer of condensation on it.  I had never heard about warming it up first.  Thanks everyone for all of the info.

Thanks!  It sounds just perfect. Do I need to do anything besides pay on your website?

I want to sign up for the Indy class.  Can you give me more information, like what time does it start and end, etc..?  I will be driving about 5 hours to get there.  I'm wondering how many hotel nights I would need.

Hi all!  What an fantastic weekend. Congratulations to all of the contestants.  Everyone was amazing!  (Actually, this is my first post ever as I just learned of this site at the competition.)

I did attend Kelly Yvonne's seminar.  I enjoyed it very much.  She did a great job explaining how a dance routine is a story, how all of the pieces fit together, and how to go about getting them there.
