Thanks! Very helpful!

I know one of the concerns with the stage pole was the fact that the pole could come apart at the connections.

Is FabPole the same as PoleSilks?
Also, I wonder how it would work on a stage pole that has a one-piece pole instead of a multi-piece?

They were having trouble climbing and I think it was their first visit…all giggly and embarrased lol. They were really cute! That was the nite that I climbed to the top of the pole (I had been practicing). No offense, but it felt good doing that in front of gals my daughters’ age lol.

It’s a challenge for me and makes my arms look nice…at least that is what I am told!! Great overall workout and I wish I had started sooner but one of my teachers is in her late sixties.

I have the 2 foot extension but I had thought about getting the 10 foot one piece. It does wobble and Im told the xstage wobbles less but I love the simplicity of the ps. I would like to try the xstage but I am def happy with my purchase.

I don’t run and I have had 2 stress fractures. The first one caused the second becuz the toe bones shift up and over and hit the other toe bone! It was awful the first time and the second time (now) is not as bad but bothersome. It didn’t show up on xray rite away….I had to come back in 10 days, and there it was.

I once read that when break ups happen, it’s a way of a higher spirit moving that person out of our way so that another, better suited one can take his/her place. The same with jobs. I think I believe that.

One of our veeners (don’t remember who) suggested these for me. The high waist takes care of all my muffin top. Iwear a hip length cami over mine so the waist isnt seen but it’s cute even if it is worn that way. I have 2 pair..they run really small tho. I am a 10/12 and had to order the XL.

I should mention that I am 53 so she was even more puzzled at what someone my age could do with that hahaha!
