Hey ladies im looking for someone to work with one on one to keep each other motivated! I have a little boy who is a year and a half olD. I am a stay at home mom and am getting married in February and am in the worst shape I have been in a very very long time. I can barely fit into my wedding dress! If someone here is willing to send me daily messages and I will to you as well let me know. I started poling about 4 years ago but never got very serious with it. It did however get me in the best shape I had ever been in and I want to get back to that.
I plan on poling every second day and stretching on my off days as well. Again let me know if you want to become friends and motivate each other!! These group things tend to not work for me I need someone to personally kick me in the ass and say get on the pole!!

My friend wants to buy my platinum stages removable spin pole if it will fit. She has an undeveloped basement so she can put in a block of wood to mount it to.

Said screw it and ordered from platinum stages. I love their spin poles because of the easy pin and went with stainless steel again

My first pole is a PS stainless steel 50mm pole but I just ordered a 45mm brass PS pole as the stainless steel is terrible for sweaty hands. And I have sweaty hands lol

Ever since I was little I use to play on the support poles in my basement. I never even knew what poling was at that time but I felt beautiful spinning around the pole and doing flag holds and such on it. What made me decide to start poling was seeing a video on youtube. I was incredibly out of shape at the time and feeling absolutely awful about myself. I needed something that would make me feel beautiful and delicate yet sexy and goddess like. Pole did exactly that, now to get back at it!
