    This is great! I kinda need to do it monthly but I am in for the entire 100!! I want to try 4 cardios… 3 yoga..3 pole per week! No starchy carbs after noon! Every month I will work on something new on the pole and add on to those in the following months!!!

    I was in a class that was progressing at a level that was uncomfortable for me. (bypassing safety and form) I decided it was not a good fit for me so I found a teacher that has a teaching style more in tune with my goals.

    No more Crossfit!! I was starting to look like a five foot linebacker. Pole is kinda like Crossfit with stilettos!! These days I am stretching and running along with my pole and yoga classes

    Ewa Tran gave me a great tip! When doing knee ups lift one leg first so cheating and momentum are next to impossible! Look at Ewa Tran’s videos and you will see it! ( sorry can’t post a link because I am techtarded

    Tovah, I love that you call it your other side and not your bad side!! Bad side just sounds too negative to me. I will never call my less dominate side my bad side!!! I don’t have a bad side!!!

    This is a great topic!! I have been thinking about not finishing my classes at a certain studio as they jump into inverts. Most students are nursing injuries. I just got my pole today and I think I will just let Miss Veena teach me wisely and safely at my own pace! Thanks for letting me learn from your mistakes!!!

    Ugh!! I am having the same issue. I never have had it but when spotted in class I don’t feel secure. My instructor says I am secure but it scares me!! I think for me is just going backwards!! It is scary

    I try and stay away from all that but sometimes I am not so good!! Gluten, sugar and sugar substitutes are forbidden! If I look at the ingredient list of things and can’t pronounce or picture it, I don’t eat it

    Yeah!! I am a grass fed meat girl too! I try to eat zero processed foods and stay away from grain! It gets pretty hard when I travel but I do the best I can!! Robb Wolf is my favorite author and whole9life.com is my favorite nutrition website!!! I love how I feel! I look, sleep and poop better when I eat this way

    I totally get what you are saying!! I watch this one Felix Cane video over and over!! I know that I will never be that but it inspires me so!!! Why am I doing this?! I have no idea other than it is a challenging fun workout that brings a little sass to my life
