Hello, I've been pole dancing since April 09. The only dance training I have has come from pole school. Considering I was quite inflexible and lacking in strength I have managed to work my way up the levels slowly...but surely :) I only recently came across this site and even though I lurk and only read people's comments I've learnt a lot! Hopefully I can continue learning from everyone here, thank you :)
