I have been pole dancing for a little while, but am still a beginner. I have been doing some dancing at our local studio but have recently bought my own pole. This site is incredible for fixing my technique. I am loving the forums too learning about strengthening and flexibility. Can't wait to get to know everybody and get some tips on how to improve :D
