I would love and hope to travel and pole more. Workin on that now..but it will still be a little longer. I think the scene here is getting big enough for more workshops so I hope we get as much as Dallas/Austin.. I just saw Kara's, but I will now check verticality too..I think Kara just said Cleo..I couldn't figure out how to purchase yet so I think it's just the announcement for now.

Ok just signed up for the Pole Jam at Verticality. I am not doing a workshop…unless it's last minute and I can sign up the day of..That is when I get paid next.

I get a b-12 shot weekly for months now. I love them. I feel more alert and also hyrdated. It helps with waking up in the morning..Once I am up I am up and alert. My own other positive thing is that when drinking a little too mush..you get milder hangovers..I think it's to do with B-12 and hydration. I used to take B suppliments (pill or pwder)..I got a groupon for the shot and I just like it better.

Yeah Nikki did a workshop there. Kara's is like an hr from me. The girls at Twisted Fit in Spring where really good at Melee on the Bayou. I bought a groupn or some type of discount thing…another weekend deal though because they are also about an hr away! Houston is just so damn big!! 🙂

Oh yeah I hope to make it to Brass Ovaries, and all the TX studios I can!! I definitly want to do the Alethea/Cleo workshop..Is it April or May?? I don't care of I feel out of it I would just like to be around that energy. We do have a lot of options here..some places aren't easy to get to regulary..I want to check out Kara's on a weekend sometime. I have been into pole for 3 years and have seen Houston go from just S factor to what it is now..just sucks I have been so broke lol..but I love to pole!

Oh I understand that! I think he has a flexibility one..I won't take his pole workshop because I haven't poled in 4 months so I wouldn't get much out of it..but I think he does a floor/flex one. I'll double check.

Haha yeah it's costly no matter what. I don't think I would enjoy it as much if I didn't have mine at home..but I know I am not progressing like I could with classes. I know what you mean about Ego..they group their major pole stuff..so really the classes are like "a taste", and the routines take a while to perfect. Please come to the pole jam atleast it should be fun! My friend said it's a nice studio.

Will do! I have been wanting to check them out. I havebeen to te studio and met Jackie, just never took a class. I'm closer to Ego Fitness. I couldn't afford classes until recently..still tryin to watch it..and I have to spend another $50 on my pole to put it back up. I think I am going ot try to go to Verticality ofr Josiah's workshop and pole jam..It's around the middle of April. Look into it and let me know if you want to go. It's be a great time to meet up!

Hey girl!! I would love a new pole friend!! I am in the SW side by the beltway and 59. I have had to take a break for about 4 months now..I moved and need to get my pole set up again. I am dying to get back on the pole. Hope to chat soon!

Hey! Well not sure of what you are asking really, but I remeber her from rock of love and she is a great dancer. I know there is a feature school in florida that looks awesome, and I saw a dancer..Jennifer Steele (I think it was) when I worked at a club in shreveport, she went to the school and told me that was where she learned the most. I think it was.. anyway they teach you more than just dancing and routines, but about costumes and props. I think the school is like a week or two. You aren't too far away in Louisiana! If you ever want to come to Houston let me know! I need to make a New Orleans trip by the end of the year or early next year. I don't know why you say that feature dancing is a way out of the clubs though..just sayin..it will just mean you travel more to different clubs. In order for them to feature you though you have to have a recognized name/reason..Taya being on TV and in Penthouse. Your competition wins definitly help and can get you started closer to home.

Nice! Yeah I know that area. I used to waitress at Legs/Illusions right down the street by Kokopelli's. I know that area has changed, but I miss late nights down there!
