MochaKat, I love that idea! I think I’m going to have to get some to try that at home! A nice way to remember all moves, and practice choreography and transitions! Genius!
I am in the exact same place. I poled regularly and then got a promotion at work and couldn’t keep a class schedule. (And I am definitely a studio girl). Gained weight and now coming back in, can barely do anything and GOD does the skin between my thighs hurt.
