Ok i have a question… Can you see it at all once its in place? Ie for stripper friendly? I’m not dancing anymore but alot if my friends do and cut the string our tuck it adds they can back fire lol

Hmmmm is it a pseudo strip club? Interesting…..they know how popular Pole fitness is becoming and they may be trying to recruit dancers this way…if so its false advertising and its extremely shady…

Black is the hardest to get out, i managed to do it but i did it slowly over about 3 months time, give it backs in between of at least 2 weeks, do not put brown over it! It will go back to black i made that mistake too! Get a purple base bleach it helps take away orange tones…but do breaks so you don’t break all your hair off

Mine is checking my door lock, I’ve def been late because i went home to check even though i know i checked 3 x my Pole ocd is checking to make sure it hasn’t shifted, i check all through workout so much i annoy myself

So I did it, and even though he’s fixing it this weekend I’m still considering moving because I don’t want our friendship to be damaged by this landlord/tenant arrangement…I think I want to start my plan to get my own house, but I still need to down grade to save money I need to start putting mussel first for once!

It def affected spinning, it wouldn’t do as many revolutions cause it was so tight, it was so tight cause no joist there…. But had a Pole party at my girls house and the soon was incredible! So incredible that when we did a double we popped of the ceiling and crashed the Pole… Didn’t have it tight enough! No one was seriously hurt me and my girl are a bit banged up but man to get some real spins!e had so much fun! Now i am def investing in that permanent mount though lol!

Found out my spinning issue, bearings are fine, but I’ve been poling for a year with no joist or cross beam eeeek my stud finder lied…glad i have a strong ceiling! That could have been really bad!

Me personally i wouldn’t tell them, its no ones biz but I’ve been retired for a few years… I think its a bs rule and probably wouldn’t be in a studio like that, because that seems judgmental…like you said e are not all crazy drug addicted mental cases

If your saving for lessons i def recommend the $100 lessons here! For a year you get to do all the lessons you want with Veena! I’m def doing it very soon! She is safe and teaches you the correct way to do Pole!
