I also highly recommend getting these lessons, you will save yourself alot of frustration, for grip i use a rosin bag, you can get them at any sporting store it works awesome!

This sport is not easy, but it will get easier as you practice more… Even after 15 years, if I go on hiatus for too long, that first couple days make me sore and bruised! Ouch, yes I’m sore and bruised right now lol! 2 weeks and i know i will be trying new harder stuff… Your bruises are badges of accomplishment!

Feminist scholars who would also blame a woman being raped because of what she wears also… Not really… That’s all about power ok this one got me going lol

“However, some feminist scholars argue that objectification of women in part plays into rape culture. As such rape and assault is more likely to occur in a society where women are in essence treated as objects.” Um is she serious? This is bs…and comparing and kind of Pole dance to what mylie Cyrus is doing for publicity is also a joke… I notice she didn’t mention the Blurred Lines video… In my humble opinion… If she really wanted to be “objective” she would have taken the class herself and probably had a much different story, but her instant judgment held her back from being truly open and objective…. And that makes her a very ignorant “phycologist”

Hmmmm is it a pseudo strip club? Interesting…..they know how popular Pole fitness is becoming and they may be trying to recruit dancers this way…if so its false advertising and its extremely shady…

  • Black is the hardest to get out, i managed to do it but i did it slowly over about 3 months time, give it backs in between of at least 2 weeks, do not put brown over it! It will go back to black i made that mistake too! Get a purple base bleach it helps take away orange tones…but do breaks so you don’t break all your hair off
