I have patterned artex ceilings, so I just have a piece of plywood between my dome and the ceiling. This also helps spread the weight across more joists as I live in an old house! Hope this helps – happy poling! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

I tend to run my videos through a program to make them smaller so that degrades the quality a bit anyhow. I think there’s one on YouTube where you can hear me telling him to look because I got a new move https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

It isn’t sexy when your other half is, as has been said, puffing and panting and struggling with a steel pole, and once they realise that you’re not twirling and cavorting for their benefit they lose interest. Now I have to ask him to watch when I want him to, lol https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif I think the other girls have given good advice. Oh and Audball, mine sits playing xbox while I pole!!

Then I heard that a girl I knew had taught herself and got the courage up to email her… that’s our Azzwoo!

I have no dance/gym background at all. I’m uncoordinated, klutzy, awkward, and self-conscious. But after a year of poling I’m learning smoother, more graceful motions, and I think I can finally say, I can dance. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif Go for it!!

I have an x-stage too. It’s awesome having the extra height, and it looks more wobbly than it feels when you’re up at the top. It took me less than 10 minutes to take down first time, although putting it up obviously took a bit longer than it has done since! It now lives in the pole barn chez Azzwoo for the time being, and it was a little sticky taking it apart after it had been up for a few months, I don’t suppose it’s designed for semi-permanent erection. It’s also really heavy, I’d say that’s the biggest downer (once you’ve got past the price). There are two bags each with half the stage top pieces, one for the pole halves, and a trolley case for the stage frame. But you can take it anywhere, as long as the ceiling isn’t too low, even outside because you can adjust the feet for uneven surfaces. Hope that helps…
Happy poling!

It must be a virus… mine peeled last night while at a friend’s house – so embarrassing – so it’s wearing a Mr Bump sticker until I get a replacement section!

I thought the script was lame but the actors were really good with what was given to them. I saw the first film and loved it, discovered it was based on a book and went out and got all four. I thought New Moon sucked big hairy monkey balls, the running through the woods thing was a total WTF moment. They’d’ve done better cutting forwards to her post-partum on the table going through transformation or something. I love the original books.
