I can sympathise with you on the headaches, I get them quite often too. As the others have said, definitely go see your doctor. And eat regularly!! I find that eating helps. It also seems to help the painkillers work, in my case anyway… I can only take ibuprofen and that hardly helps when it’s a bad one. The doctor gave me some super-painkillers and they just made me sicker so I quit with those. I had a scan but they told me I don’t have frontal sinuses (which I believe is a load of rubbish but hey I’m not the doctor) so I can’t give you any recommendations there. The only thing I’ve found so far which helps is eat regularly, drink plenty of water, and for pain relief acupuncture has been wonderful. This comes from a girl terrified of needles!! Oh and perhaps try to be in a comfortably cool temperature. Warm stuffy rooms bring on a headache for me in minutes.

My webcam will do it in theory, but the quality is crap, so personally I use a camcorder. I don’t really "do" technology either, but my hubby does lol!

Not at all, I did applied biosciences with chemistry and considered transferring to biomedical in 2nd year because it sounded like an awesome course. But then I decided that this one gave me more options at the end of it!
