haha glitter ur awesome. But anyways this made me really mad when i read it! why would they only post the negative comments and not even put in the pictures!? I hate how close minded everyone is and how they dont look at what we do as a sport and as a workout. Ide like to see their lazy a$$s even TRY to do what we do!… ugh makes me so mad when people are so negative! we work very hard to make poledancing nonprovocative and they just keep trying to tear us down. All this just makes me want to try harder in proving everyone wrong. Poledancing will be in the olympics some day and we will be the gold medalists. Then lets see what their papers have to say!!

your personality is amazing glitter and it shows in ur videos. ur dancing is adorable and everything flows so beautifuly when u do it! i have had a ton of horrible practices. I get so frustrated sometimes i feel like just quitting also! but then i realise that im not perfect and that all this is so new to me that it IS going to take some practice and that i am going to have bad days and good days. You just gotta take the good with the bad hunny! .. i never like posting videos because well i canNOT dance. I try to but i just look really silly. my facial expressions are NOT hot and all i really do is wiggle my butt. but i kno everyone on this is site is going to be supportive and i kno that none of them are judging me and they are all here to help eachother and to be amazing friends. You guys are better friends then my friends here at home! I look forward to talking to you guys every day and fridays are my fav!!! So if you make videos post them here not youtube. F*@$ all those idiots on youtube that are just showing how little their IQs are with every immature comment. Ur beautiful and your an amazing talented women! Your moves will get better and better every day. Just dont pressure yourself into thinking you need to get that move now or you need to progress as fast as some other poeple! just go at ur own pace and remember we all love you a ton glitter and we are here to support you and encourage you and struggle right along with you because we all have bad days! i am in the same boat as you i am working on starting a studio
and what i have come to is that you dont need to be a certified fitness instructor but it definatly does help and makes you look alot better! Ive been looking into Affa which is a aerobics fitness class and it certifies you for 2 years to teach and instruct obviously it doesnt focus pole dancing but as long as u have aerobics you will know most of the basics you need to kno another one to look into is ACE im not very familiar with this one. another thing is you do need a license to play the music and definatly need insurance. and u need some sort of iability ins or wavers. These will save you from all the liability risks like someone falling off a pole and breaking an ankle. with the insurance they cant come back and sue you or anything nasty like that. lets see what else have i learned so far. haha im learning as i go https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif.. but i also am trying to get a building right now and yes you can rent a building. if its not a studio yet ur going to need to make it look like one if ur thinking that extreme like i am so then u will want to be looking into writing up a buisness plan!… I have the perfect book for you to read that teaches you all you need to kno about opening ur own fitness gym. its called "Start your own personal training business" its by entrepreneur press and Tom Weede. its an amazing book and i have learned alot from it! it talks about all the certifications in there and all the licenses building … just everything haha… sorry this is so long but i hope it helps!

I was so excited the other day … Me and my boyfriend were on the couch watching tv and his hand was resting on my tummy. Well we were watching the new movie mommas boy which is very funny! And this part came on and I laughed really hard well he was like "Jeez u got some abbs babe holy laugh again!" so I did and he was like damn!!! I was so happy that means all this work I’m doing is really helping and sculptingy body! Because if he noticed then that only means good things! Oh no that’s so not good! Why did ur ceiling crack? You said u used a stud finder but why did it mess up all of a sudden? Hopefully it won’t be to hard to fix what did the girls say were they sympathetic or were they making the situation worse haha I ask alot of questions but I’m really sorry that happened! im going to admit that when i see those comments to i get angry. i try spinning all the time and oh my gosh its like a tornado about to collide into a hurricane haha… it is not good i spin to fast get dizzy and tired then fall hahaha. maybe its harder because i learned static like u all are saying but i would definatly not frown on people no matter what way they choose. because both take tons of strength and control and i give mad props to anyone who can do either way. OMFG i finally got the shoulder mount!
i took a shower and was feeling squirly afterwards so i came out turned on my camera and got it my first try!! i was so excited i did a lil happy dance afterwards!!!
