Hello - I am a new poler. I have been married for 26 years, am a mom of two sons, and a grandmother of a three year old sweetheart of a grandson. I love the challenge and fun of working out with the pole. I am a breast cancer survivor of five months and was not sure I would be able to use my right arm and side but I am gaining strength with each session. It has helped build my confidence back up and I look forward to continuing and improving and learning new tricks and reaching new levels.
