I know most of the class will be focused on floorwork and pole transitional stuff.

Hi There! A good friend of mine who owns 2 pole studios advised me not to purchase them. She said it was very similar to her Youtube videos (which are outstanding to watch), however, she felt the videos did not break down the moves well.
