I totally agree with glitter i started a year ago counting calories and i was in a size 13 now im in a size 4 no joke i lost 20 lbs in a year. Today i was in subway and i was looking at the menu they had for what sandwich had calories and fats and all that stuff. And somehow me and the other ladies there started talking about health and of course i was like i lost 20 lbs in a year. And the conversation went on and one of the ladies asked me what i do for exercise. I had to blow their minds. I said pole dancing and i do it in my living room. They were like completely shocked. I Stood their with the proudest grin on my face. Its moments like that, that make everything worth while. I love it and good luck to whatever decisions you make as far as losing weight and getting healthier. I usually have my 3 year old help steady the pole. but she is not always there to help me. So when its just me i usually put the entire pole up then put the doom piece last. I put the dome piece behind me on the chair im standing on so i can reach it easy and slide it on, screw it up, and do my thing. Ok i received my pole yesterday… so excited to finally have it right. well i get the whole thing up and the cap that covers the screw in part wont go over the little notches at the very top. one side gives and goes in but the other side won’t. do i really need this cap cover. do i need to call x pole manufacturer. can someone help me please. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif

I did invest in the x-pole i feel better about doing that. It is a good investment i really didn’t want to make right now but im getting my money back on the electra pole so im ok.

I purchased the carmen electra pole. I wanted to get the x pole but my funds said different. I thought it would be ok because they were on the same web page. I hope i didnt make a bad choice im kind of nervous.
