Hi im Asia a mother of two very active little girls I bought my x-pole from veena. Best investment i think I've made in a long time. Tonight was my first night and i can feel my arms. After one month i feel so much better I have stop drinking sodas all together. I exercise on my pole at least 4 nights a week. I feel good about myself. My Goal is to look better in a bikini then i ever did before. Going to a gym is not for every one. I honestly don't have the time. So i have had my pole now since February So its what 3 months now right. I am currently working on perfecting the cradle right now and my invert which i cant seem to get my leg up and out of the way I'm not giving up though. ok so now im going on 4 months and im still loving it. i cant wait to video myself in a year and see where i am at and how much i have advanced. I love it because i notice my strength. I don't have to hold on with both hands anymore.
