At the moment it’s general fear of having both feet of the ground to get Into the move, for example jumping into the sit, although I can climb and adjust into to a sit because I’m hooked going Into the climb. at the moment I have been leaning back to be vertical but haven’t been brave enough to do upside down like in that photo as I feel I need to improve my strength to reassure my self I won’t fall, once I’m stuck to the pole I’m quite happy to let go and let the pole do the work.
