At the moment it’s general fear of having both feet of the ground to get Into the move, for example jumping into the sit, although I can climb and adjust into to a sit because I’m hooked going Into the climb. at the moment I have been leaning back to be vertical but haven’t been brave enough to do upside down like in that photo as I feel I need to improve my strength to reassure my self I won’t fall, once I’m stuck to the pole I’m quite happy to let go and let the pole do the work. Thankyou so much for your advice! I love the idea of hanging upside down and flying around, it’s really difficult to explain it’s like my feet/legs have magnets and one of them have to be connected to the pole or floor at all times, I can’t have both in the air or doing a jump, I’m keeping with it and trying to improve the upper strengths with weight and pull up training and I can notice a small difference. Loving this site and sharing my pole journey :)! X
