I really want this DVD too however it is put out by the same people who put out Shawn Francis Lee’s stuff, so frankly I am worried about actually getting it.

I highly recommend the black and clear shoe, especially for some one new to shoes.
The boots look okay to me but i usually go for stiffer top boots because the last time I bought soft top boots they were too small in the leg area and kept sliding down https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif

i do suggest if you are new to shoes and boots get a pair of each – I prefer shoes to boots and never would have guessed. Start with 5 – 6 inches too. Try the shoes on, walk around them. I also found chunky shoes harder to work in.

Stiff top boots can be stored one on top of the other, soft tops can be stored next to each other.
I usually don’t take a bottle with me but my alcohol bottles are the huge costco ones – so pretty large.

I have heard of yoga studios doing $30/hour and extra $$$ per head after 10 students. I think this is to compensate instructors who work hard to promote and fill their classes.

As far as pay…Most places here pay $25/hour to teach ftness classes. My deal is I get 50% of booking…this is because I handle the youtube, the facebook, event planning, booking people like Karol to come visit us and a million other sales related things.
If you are doing a lot of the sales/promotion end of things then I would ask for comission, if you just go and teach, nothing else is required $20-$25/ hr is fair.
